1 cup apple cider or juice
1 cup fresh pineapple, sliced
1 cup sunflower microgreens
2 tbsp hemp or sunflower seeds or flax seed
1 tbsp lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a blender, and mix until desired consistency is reached.
