Hydroponic Lettuce – Typically available year round
Tomatoes (Heirloom tomatoes and cherry tomatoes) – June through September
Cucumbers – Late May through August
Herbs (Dill, Rosemary, Basil, Purple Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Mint, Cilantro, Parsley) – Year round for most herbs

Fruits & Berries

We are still working on the fruit and berry orchard.  We hope to have some fruit ready for harvesting in 2019 once the trees and bushes mature.  

Figs – June through August

Blueberries – June/July

Cherries (Sour) – June through August

Rhubarb – May through July

Raspberries – June through September (depending on variety)

Apples - Gala, Fuji, Golden Delicious - August through October 2022

Pear - Asian - August through September - 2021

Bakery & Ferments

We have a commercial kitchen on the farm which allows us to provide healthy foods for our customers.  The bakery outputs different types of breads such as sourdough artisan loaves, French Baguettes, croissants, assorted cookies, Vanilla or fruit poundcakes such as Peach, Strawberry, Blueberry, Cranberry Walnut or traditional Vanilla (using vanilla extract that we make ourselves).   

We also make our own ferments such as sauerkraut, spicy kimchi, and sriracha.
