Small Scale Market Farming
Our farm grows a large number of vegetables and fruits as well as microgreens. Below is a list of products typically growing on the farm with expected times where the vegetables or fruit will be available for sale on farm or at the Cotton Mill Farmer’s Market on Dixie Street in Carrollton, GA every Saturday from 8am – 12pm, year-round or at the Rockmart Farmers Market in downtown Rockmart Thursday 2-6pm.

Vegetables & Herbs
Lettuce – Typically available year round
Tomatoes (Heirloom tomatoes and cherry tomatoes) – June through September
Cucumbers – Late May through August
Corn – July through August
Herbs (Dill, Rosemary, Basil, Purple Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Mint, Cilantro, Parsley) – Year round for most herbs
Our microgreens can be grown to order. We need up to 3 weeks to begin a rotation of a new microgreen. Many crops can be grown as a microgreen so please let us know if you have a special request. We typically don't try new microgreens unless there is a commitment to purchase the microgreens in bulk quantities or on a regular basis.
Fruits & Berries
We are still working on the fruit and berry orchard. We hope to have some fruit ready for harvesting in 2019 once the trees and bushes mature.
Figs – June through August

Rhubarb – May through July
Raspberries – June through September (depending on variety)
