Our Produce
Our farm grows a large number of vegetables and fruits as well as microgreens. Below is a list of products typically growing on the farm with expected times where the vegetables or fruit will be available for sale on farm or at the Cotton Mill Farmer’s Market on Dixie Street in Carrollton, GA every Saturday from 8am – 11pm (9-11am Oct-March), year-round

Vegetables & Herbs
Hydroponic Lettuce – Typically available year round
Tomatoes (Heirloom tomatoes and cherry tomatoes) – June through September
Cucumbers – Late May through August
Herbs (Dill, Rosemary, Basil, Purple Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Mint, Cilantro, Parsley) – Year round for most herbs

Microgreens
Our microgreens can be grown to order. We need up to 3 weeks to begin a rotation of a new microgreen. Many crops can be grown as a microgreen so please let us know if you have a special request. We typically don't try new microgreens unless there is a commitment to purchase the microgreens in bulk quantities or on a regular basis.

Fruits & Berries
We are still working on the fruit and berry orchard. We hope to have some fruit ready for harvesting in 2019 once the trees and bushes mature.

Raspberries – June through September (depending on variety)
Apples - Gala, Fuji, Golden Delicious - August through October 2022
Pear - Asian - August through September - 2021
Currants - Summer 2021

Commercial Kitchen
Our new kitchen is open for business and we are currently fermenting and baking up a storm. We have smaller portion sizes for the farmers market customers but are able to offer full size cakes and pies. All baked goods are produced from scratch and do not contain preservatives. If you are a small restaurant who wants to add fermented food or baked desserts to the menu, please give us a call.
Fermented Food
Kimchi (mild & spicy) - 16 oz jars or 1 gallon (available with pre-order)
Garlic Sauerkraut- 16 oz jars or 1 gallon (available with pre-order)
Sriracha - 8 oz squeeze bottle or 1 gallon (available with pre-order)
Baked Goods
Vanilla Poundcake - 2 slices per bag, 1/2 or whole poundcake also available with pre-order
Chocolate Chip Cookies - 6 cookies per bag, full batch of 27 available with pre-order
Peanut, Pecan, or Cashew Brittle - 6 oz bag
Cupcakes - Vanilla or Chocolate - single, 1/2 dozen, 1 dozen available with pre-order
Our cupcakes come in a variety of flavors and can be made to order with custom requests. Custom requests must be made a week in advance and are in 1 dozen quantities only.
