Using Bark Mulch in the Garden?

Have you ever noticed the leaves on the ground in a forest or in the woods behind your house? I'm sure you have walked through the woods and never gave the groundcover under your feet a second thought. Those leaves and broken limbs are gold though. Strawberry & Pea Microgreens Salad

The Pea microgreens from C&L Farms are sweet, crunchy and are a good source of fiber. Use them in the vegetarian salad below in early Spring. Look for fresh strawberries at the Cotton Mill Farmers Market in early May each year and pair them with our microgreens for a healthy salad. Ingredients Vinaigrette 1 1/2 cups diced strawberries 2 Tbs. white balsamic vinegar 1 tsp. pure maple syrup 2 tsp. lime juice 3 Tbs. olive oil Salad 6 oz. microgreens and/or salad greens 12 snow
